The project is the redevelopment of a major corner site at Old Street / Silicon Roundabout in the heart of London’s Tech City. The scheme includes a new 16-storey office tower incorporating Derwent London’s White Collar Factory concept and campus buildings which features offices, retail and residential units plus a new public square.

Our role included a particular focus on elements that could influence net internal area, external envelope design, floor to ceiling heights, statutory compliance, building cores, kitchens and bathrooms to residential properties, and external landscaping.

White Collar Factory opened in 2017 and has won numerous awards including BCO Commercial Workplace Award 2018, BCO London Innovation Award 2018 and RIBA National Award 2018.
