Veretec were selected by LBS Properties to deliver this new build office development in Angel, London N1.
Project Details
Located at 65-70 White Lion Street in the heart of Islington this high-quality office development is arranged over five floors and has a façade incorporating dark brick with glazed curtain walling and bronze feature panels.
Ground floor & basement natural illumination is enhanced by the use of full height glazed internal light wells.
A complex structural arrangement is adopted to provide access through the double height ground floor reception area fronting White Lion Street. The stepped geometry also allows for large roof terraces and landscaped courtyard areas at lower ground level.
The project has a BREEAM Excellent rating and completed in 2019.
