What you’ll do:
• Lead and contribute to the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors and project stages.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailing using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Assist with project planning, programme management and delivery.
• Support project coordination, quality assurance and technical reviews.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Manage, support and mentor junior staff members.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design quality, technical accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting on other studio projects when required.
• Champion best practice, innovation and BIM/Revit standards.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience working on UK-based projects.
• Strong Revit proficiency and technical detailing skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience managing and coordinating project teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction methods, detailing and Building Regulations.
• Excellent design, technical and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, consultants and contractors.
About you:
• ARB registered architect or an experienced architectural technician.
• At least two to three years' experience working on UK projects, ideally across RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Calm, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Adaptable and composed under pressure.
• Professional, personable and keen to continue developing.
