We’re looking for a confident and dynamic leader capable of driving complex projects, inspiring and guiding teams, and influencing strategic direction. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Directors as part of the senior leadership team to deliver design excellence, client satisfaction and commercial success across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning and drive business growth initiatives that shape Veretec’s future.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex high-profile projects with profitability and quality standards.
• Lead, inspire and mentor teams to deliver award winning work.
• Act as a key client liaison, presenting proposals, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.
• Drive and contribute to business development, fee proposals, and strategic planning alongside the senior leadership team.

• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in relevant design and BIM software (Revit preferred).

• Oversee the execution and coordination of BIM strategies and workflows across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices across the studio.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and inspire the BIM team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Showcase BIM expertise in client engagements and project bids.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit on all project stages but in particular with project delivery stages.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing and mentoring BIM teams.
