Veretec were appointed as Executive Architects for Turnmill, a Derwent London project which sits on a prominent corner site in London's Clerkenwell Green Conservation Area.

This award-winning development provides a new seven storey office building, with flexible retail accommodation at ground and lower ground floors benefitting from extensive window frontage.

A particularly unique feature of the building are the complex brickwork facades incorporating special handmade Roman module Petersen bricks which continue inside through the curved entrance.
The project completed in 2015 and the office space was successfully pre-let to agencies within Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s leading communications groups.
Turnmill was an RIBA National Award winner in 2016.
