Our Featherstone team paid a visit to Old Street to see how things are developing on this industrial inspired creative workspace for Derwent.
The GRC / Brick Slip / Schüco window & door unitised cladding on the western side is nearly complete and roofing works are progressing at level 5.

This elegant building uses a natural brick palette, a concrete core cooling system and will create 125,000 sq ft of world class creative working and retail accommodation.
