We were appointed by Lodha Developers UK for the fit-out of Lincoln Square, located in the heart of London’s historic Lincoln’s Inn Fields, forming part of the Strand Conservation Area in Westminster adjacent to the Royal Courts of Justice.
Project Details
The development is a new high end residential building comprising 221 apartments over 10 floors.
Dedicated amenities are housed in two basement levels and include a spa, health club, cinema, library, children’s area, games area and kitchen with dining area.
Working as part of a world class team we brought a collaborative approach to the design and delivery of this fast-track construction project. The overall aspiration is to have the warmth and detail synonymous with luxury hotels.
