The project involved complex structural alterations to convert the basement, ground, first and second floors into art gallery and auction house areas. This included extensive remodelling to provide double height external glazing and the creation of a new entrance onto Davies Street.

The sixth and seventh floors have been reconfigured to provide additional office space with external terraces, and new façades in bronze powder coated aluminium that is sympathetic to the existing building and the Mayfair conservation area.

Opened in 2014 with an inaugural Contemporary Art Evening Auction this state-of-the-art gallery is now the European flagship location for Phillips.
