We were appointed as Executive Architects for the refurbishment of One Love Lane, a prominent modern office building located in the heart of the City of London overlooking St. Mary Aldermanbury Garden.

The project involves the refurbishment of an existing 1980s seven storey building to provide enhanced external facade treatment, incorporating remodelled bays and new glazing.
Substantial improvements have also been introduced to the ground floor reception and ancillary support areas to improve the building’s floor plate efficiency.
The speculative Cat A office was completed in Spring 2016.
