Project Details
We have completed the design and delivery on a mix of striking new standalone retail units ranging from a new 60,000 ft2 store for Marks & Spencer, to two separate 6,500 ft2 bespoke retail pods which reinvigorate an unused corner of the site with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Large clear span entrance porticos create strong visual landmarks, and efficient structural frames allow for flexibility of space, with mezzanine levels possible within the units despite the constrained planning height limitations.
Our latest vibrant addition features four new stores creating over 70,000 ft2 of new retail space along the prominent South Terrace. The stores for New Look, Next and River Island opened in 2017 and continue our lively rejuvenation of the site.
