We are appointed by CBRE Global Investors to rejuvenate one of our existing projects, the Arc in Bury St Edmunds, first completed in 2009.
Project Details
The new scheme involves the re-purposing of the existing three storey anchor store known for its unique and complex dia-grid system of bespoke cast aluminium cladding made up of nearly 3000 custom made diamond-shaped panels with over 300 varying pattern shapes.

In order to adapt to the changing face of the high street the building will be reinvigorated through a number of sensitive interventions that allow for the subdivision of the store and to create opportunities for two new tenancies split over the existing floors providing for retail, entertainment and leisure uses.
The new will scheme will open to the public in 2023.
The Arc originally won a BCSC Gold Award in 2010, a RIBA Award in 2011 and a Civic Trust Award in 2012.
