n2 Tops Outs

Congratulations to the n2 team who celebrated this week on reaching this crucial milestone with a topping out ceremony.

n2 will add a further 160,000 sq ft of work space to Landsec’s ambitious Nova development in Victoria creating sustainable and healthy places to live and work.

Overall the scheme is aiming to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent and will be WELL Building accredited.

Handover is due next summer.
