Progress at 10 Greycoat Place

Our 10 Greycoat Place project is progressing at pace and has achieved a major milestone with the new steel core facility now rising from the existing basement to form new office levels above the existing Victorian Warehouse.

The new roof extension and comprehensive internal refurbishment will create new flexible office space that celebrates the industrial interior of the Victorian warehouse.

The project has a BREEAM Excellent rating and is due for completion in 2023.
