Stress Awareness Month is held every April and aims to draw attention to the impact chronic stress can have on our wellbeing with practical tips on managing and reducing the symptoms of stress.
This year to raise awareness and help us de-stress we’ve been busy organising a series of events for everyone get involved, have some fun and re-energise!
