Pushing Timber Envelopes Through Technological Innovations

We once again attended the Zak – Engineered Timber Envelopes at the Business Design Centre for more informative and interesting insight into new timber technologies.

As always there were great talks from leading timber experts on several interesting buildings both in the UK and overseas, including the Renzo Piano Tokio Marine New Headquarters which focused on the challenges of using timber construction in Japan.

Closer to home a panel, including our good friends at Waugh Thistleton, discussed the challenges and successes of The Black and White building in Shoreditch.
