New project at Berkeley Square

Veretec have been appointed to undertake Client Monitoring on 36-38 Berkeley Square for Astrea Asset Management.

Designed by Piercy & Company, the new office will replace a 1950’s office block in a prime location in Mayfair with an 11-storey building, including two basement levels.

The project has a BREEAM Outstanding rating with full BCO compliance and is due for completion in 2024.
