The Project
8 Lancelot Place, a Grade A office building in London’s Knightsbridge, is the high quality refurbishment of an existing seven storey building. The project features bright, flexible, virtually column-free floorplates, with full height glazing and generous floor-to-ceiling heights.
Project Details
All communal areas and office space have been redesigned and upgraded. A new landscaped entrance courtyard, entrance doors and canopy lead to the re-imagined reception, passenger lifts and atrium circulation space. New office amenities include an accessible rooftop terrace, washrooms and showers, changing rooms, lockers, and cycle store.

Our Role
Veretec were appointed to deliver the finished building which remained fully operational and occupied by existing office and retail tenants throughout the refurbishment, and which required a carefully phased sequencing of work.
