With an unerring eye for architectural detail and technical precision, Manjiri’s experience covers the workplace, aviation, healthcare, commercial, mixed-use and prime residential sectors. She brings a deep understanding of building regulations, approved documents, stakeholder management, complex construction coordination and BIM Level II implementation, all while embedding sustainability strategies into every stage. She marries design ambition with the rigor of technical execution and commercial realism, guiding projects from early feasibility through to delivery.
Since achieving her bachelor’s degree in architecture and master’s degree in urban planning from VNIT, Nagpur, India, Manjiri has gained 20 years’ industry experience, having led design and construction packages for high-profile projects including the leading UK based Global Public Service broadcaster, UK Border Force holding rooms at all the Heathrow terminals and Terminal 4 CUSS and SSBDs automisation projects (all at Pascall + Watson), each of which required extensive stakeholder liaison. She also led the renovation and fit-out of the WPP’s London headquarter: Rose Court office building in Southwark for BDG A+D. During her tenure at Hunters, Scott Brownrigg and Broadway Malyan, Manjiri contributed to the successful delivery of DSDC – Gold accredited, BIM Level II Dementia Care Home projects in South Cerney, Otterbourne Hill, Bedford riverside commercial and mixed-use development and high-end residential projects: Dicken’s Yard, Kew Bridge, Chelsea Bridge Wharf.
She is currently collaborating on the design and technical delivery for a co-living and affordable housing development in Bermondsey and overseeing Design Coordination of The Westbury hotel, Central London.
Manjiri is active in fostering mentoring initiatives, technical reviews and taking part in knowledge-sharing forums, particularly those focused on sustainability, empathetic design, project standards and BIM implementation. She is passionate about encouraging collaborative dialogue between design and technical delivery teams.
