Two New Projects in Moorgate

We are appointed by Osborne to deliver two prominent buildings forming a city block within the Finsbury Circus Conservation Area for the City of London.

No. 84 Moorgate, known as Electra House, is a 1903 Grade II Listed classically influenced building and No.74 Moorgate, formerly known as Tower Chambers, is the new construction of a BREEAM excellent rated commercial office building and will provide 8 storeys of accommodation and accessible terraces to the upper level.
