Edward Street Quarter reaches a major construction milestone as progress continues on site

Two buildings on the Edward Street Quarter scheme in Brighton have now topped out in an exciting new milestone for the project.  Once completed the scheme will provide 168 residential units alongside 160,000 ft² of workspace connected by a series of public landscaped walkways & green spaces that tie the site into the surrounding neighbourhood.

We are leading the delivery of the podium and basement which involves the challenging reuse of the existing basement.
