What you'll do:
- Lead the technical design, coordination, and delivery of projects.
- Drive quality, technical excellence, and project performance.
- Manage client and consultant relationships.
- Mentor team members and support studio growth.
- Champion best practice, innovation, and BIM/Revit standards.
What we're looking for:
- Strong technical and project delivery experience.
- Advanced Revit proficiency.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
