Plus X Brighton at the Deezen Awards 2021

We’re delighted that Plus X Brighton has achieved further recognition for architectural excellence by being longlisted in the large workspace interior category of the Dezeen Awards 2021.

Veretec undertook architectural monitoring for U+I on the scheme – designed by Studio Egret West.  The 53,000 sqft building is part of a national network of ‘innovation hubs’ offering coworking space for start-up and SME businesses, and sits within the mixed-use Preston Barracks development in Brighton.

Plus X Brighton is a purpose built innovation hub designed to be the healthiest workplace in the UK. Plus X challenges the status quo of typical office buildings to provide a high quality workspace model, tailored to the unique needs of creative, entrepreneurial businesses.
