Gordon is a Director of Veretec and has particular expertise in commercial office design, leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex mixed use developments on a number of UK and international projects.
He has a detailed understanding of the planning, architectural and environmental drivers for commercial developments, Class A technical specifications, and designing to achieve high sustainability performance. Gordon’s expertise extends to building appraisals, pre-agreement to lease, due diligence activities and building design compliance monitoring.
Prior to joining Veretec, Gordon spent several years in Hong Kong with Leigh & Orange Architects where he was involved in the design and supervision of a variety of projects in education and research, commercial, recreation, hospitality and telecommunications sectors.
Gordon represents the company on the RIBA / Central St Martins Mentoring Programme, for students in the final year of their Part One studies and has also contributed to British Council of Offices specifications.
