We recognise that rigorous design monitoring involves a process of collaboration and reconciling conflicting interests, and we understand that continuity is crucial to delivering the scheme that was originally conceived

Design monitoring is essential to ensure that the building created and nurtured through feasibility and planning is delivered at completion.

We start from the premise that each building is unique with its own history, creative challenges and technical constraints, and our approach is developed through comprehensive investigation and detailed appraisal.

Through our input to the design process we strive to add value to our clients’ projects whilst protecting the principals of the original design concept.
