122 Leadenhall Street, London EC3

The iconic 'Cheesegrater', The Leadenhall Building is a 225m / 737ft tall commercial skyscraper on Leadenhall Street in the City of London. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, it is known for its distinctive tapering shape angled at 10 degrees. The building opened in July 2014. 

American Express Building, Brighton

An exceptionally high quality, flexible corporate office space within a highly articulated building on a steeply sloping urban site within the ‘Edward Street Quarter’ in the heart of Brighton’s World Heritage site. The building has been awarded BREEAM Excellent.

Brent Civic Centre, London HA9

Brent Civic Centre houses public and administrative functions under one unified roof, and provides 40,000sqft of office space for 2000 staff. The building, by Hopkins Architects, has been designed to be the greenest public building in the UK and opened in 2013. It has been awarded a BREEAM 'Outstanding' rating.  

LSE Saw Hock Student Centre,  London WC2

The 6,000sqm Saw Swee Hock Student Centre at the London School of Economics is a multifunctional building for LSE's City Centre Campus. The complex brick building was designed by O’Donnell + Tuomey and opened in 2014 and was shortlisted for the prestigious Stirling Prize.

Park House, Oxford Street, London W1

Park House is a mixed use building in Mayfair. Eight floors of accommodation include two spectacular upper floors beneath the double-height curved glass roof which provide over 300,000sqft of office, retail and residential space. 

Nova, Victoria Circle, London SW1

Nova is a 897,000sqft mixed use scheme delivering 603,000sqft of world class Grade A offices, 193,000sqft of contemporary high quality apartments and 85,000sqft of restaurants, eateries, bars, and retail. Located opposite Victoria mainline railway station the scheme is due to complete late 2016.
