Projects > Regent House

Information / Team

We are appointed as sub-consultants to Stiff+Trevillion working in close collaboration on Regent House, an existing 1960’s office building which occupies the prominent corner site of George Street, part of the Portman Estate now being developed by Native Land on the Edgware Road.

The mixed-use scheme comprises 43,000sqft of grade A office accommodation spread over six floors with an additional 24 private residential apartments. There are four ground and lower ground retail units that complete the scheme as part of The Portman Estate’s retail strategy to rejuvenate Edgware Road and the wider Marylebone area.

Our role commenced from RIBA Stage 4 and includes technical support with particular focus on the mix of facade elements including Limestone and brick and terra cotta characteristic of mansion blocks local to this part of Edgware Road.

The projects is currently on site and is due for completion Spring 2020.
