Veretec were responsible for Phase 1, the detailed design of 237 high-quality private apartments in four buildings comprising 50 unit types, from standard to premium and penthouse apartments.
Lillie Square is an exclusive London development, which takes the traditional London garden square as its inspiration. Located in Earls Court the apartments provide contemporary urban living and each has prefabricated modular pod bathrooms, bespoke joinery and fitted kitchens.
Our team developed the detail design into a full Level 2 BIM model using Revit. Phase 1 construction completed in 2017.
