Projects > Hanover Terrace
This exceptional major refurbishment, extension and alteration forms part of the 19th century Hanover Terrace, designed by John Nash overlooking Regents Park, to create a new high quality family residence for a private Client.
The 7,000 sq ft home comprises a Grade I listed main house with mews property to the rear, and a new lease was granted from Crown Estate to restore the properties unique heritage, which was built by Nash in 1822, and is exemplary of his style.
A new two storey glazed infill was introduced with a roof terrace above and a bespoke spiral staircase was installed to create the strong visual feature and centre piece to the home.
We worked closely over a 3 year period with the interior designers, specialist trades and master craftsmen to complete this unique and outstanding family home.
