London Dock will provide 1,800 high quality new homes giving residents access to private gardens and facilities including private screening room, spa and gym suite, squash court, virtual golf course and 24 hour concierge.

London Dock was constructed at Wapping between 1800 and 1815 (opening in 1805) and specialised in rice, tobacco, wine, wool and brandy and in the 1980’s News International relocated their entire newspaper operation from Fleet Street.

Overall London Dock is set within 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces and central water feature and will achieve +436% net biodiversity gain.

Construction on the residential block is planned to start this year.
